Refund policy

As we are a small business, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds are only given in the case of faulty items. If your purchase is the incorrect size, we will be happy to exchange your item for the correct size, another product of the same value or a gift card for the purchase value.  

We have a 10-day return for exchange or credit only policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Return for exchange items must be in original condition, with tags attached. Delivery and handling charges on returns for exchange are non-refundable for incorrect choice. Customers who choose to return for exchange will incurr all postage and delivery charges. 

To start a return of your item for exchange or credit note, you can contact us at honeycoastalcountry@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 112 Queens St, Berry NSW 2535. We encourage customers to consider using trackable shipping or insurance as we cannot exchange or give credit for a product that we do receive in return or that is not covered.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, jewellery or gift cards.

Refunds for faulty items only
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
